My new garage Home Gym in Florida!

Still a work in progress but here’s what it’s looking like so far. We’re in process of putting up second set of mirrors with floating lights. Equipment includes Rogue Monster Lite rack, Rogue Ohio Bar, Rep Fitness Nighthawk bench, Dumbell set with Rep Rack, Peloton, and commercial Star Trac treadmill. I love the way it’s coming out so far. Let me know your thoughts!

Looks like you’ve got pretty much everything you’ll need except for a cable system, let the gains begin

Looks great already, especially for a work in progress. I like that you left plenty of open floor space instead of cramming in more equipment

The lighting is nice; hanging some flags or decorations on the walls would make it even better.

What did you use to mount the mirrors to the cmu?

Is your garage door insulated? If so, how much did that help with heat?

Do you have AC in there

As someone who lifts in a non-climate controlled garage in central Texas, I salute your dedication. Nice setup!

Our gyms are always a work in progress, and yours is looking like it's progressing quite well, so happy gainz!

Damn. My mom had a house in Naples, and I can’t even imagine training in her garage in the summer. Major props on the dedication my man.

Is that a curtain cutting the 2-bay garage in half? I'm in the process of figuring out how to do that myself.
