Training
Is there a way to get stronger without building visible muscle or getting big?

Okay so I (16M) have been working out a lot recently but pretty much neglecting my arms because I don't wanna get like super muscular (I like being a twig). My main focuses have been my abs and my legs but recently I decided if I wanna get stronger then I gotta train my arms too. I do "full body" workouts (meaning I'll train multiple parts of my body on some days and then the other parts on other days depending on where I want to be developed) and then I take a break for a full day. For example, M(workout) T(break) W(workout) T (break) etc etc. I've only done my arms twice since I started; the first time was the day before last and the second time was today and they're already getting bigger and more defined which is a no for me because I want shredded abs, my tiny slutty little waist, big ass legs, and my thin arms but I also wanna be be strong. I guess it's called a sleeper build? Idk; what do I do?

yes. calisthenics puts more of a priority on relative strength than general hypertrophy imo. its possible to get strong while still not putting on mass (to an extent)

You’re not gonna get visibly shredded accidentally or overnight. Do strength training, you can stop when and if you start bulking too much.

You will never get super big without actively trying to for years and years. It just won't happen.

just do calisthenics, find the amount of calories you need to stay the same weight or even a very slight surplus, and stick to it. you'll get a lot stronger (up to a point) but there will come a point where you need to get bigger to get stronger

Fuck. I got too big again. Hate it when that happens.
